Dr. Tosha Rogers Jones
Dr. Tosha Rogers is a native of Philadelphia, Pa. After receiving a BS in Chemistry
with honors from Drexel University, she immediately enrolled in the Philadelphia
College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she graduated with her D.O. degree.
Dr. Rogers completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the
Drexel University College of Medicine at Hahnemann University hospital, also in
Philadelphia. Tosha continued to excel notably throughout her course of training.
Upon graduation, she moved to North Carolina and began practicing medicine. After
3 years in North Carolina, she relocated to Atlanta where she joined a private OB/
GYN practice, in south Atlanta, making a name for herself by showing her patients
compassion and care in a “down to earth” manner. Dr. Tosha recently appeared
on the KKN (Kandi Koated Nights) internet show and has been a regular guest on
Atlanta’s V-103 radio with National TV/Radio Personality, Egypt Sherrod.
Dr. Rogers founded Sisters, Caring & Sharing, Inc., a nonprofit organization which
focuses on inner city females ages 12-17. The organization focuses on mentoring,
building self-esteem, teaching sexual health and responsibility as well as etiquette
and most importantly college preparation and SAT tutoring/preparation. In spring
2012 Dr. Tosha launched “Body Talk” a campaign geared toward college-aged
women encouraging dialogue amongst young women about female health issues.
